End of Year Holidays

Its the end of the year already. Thanksgiving has passed and Christmas is around the corner. Life is busy, we have moved into our new home. 2 x the space and yet as much as we like it there are things that we don't care for. I can't say we will be here forever. Sad, but then again it could be a good thing as in the years to come we might find ourselves wanting new adventures than just this small town we reside in.

The kids are growing too fast and yet sometimes just not fast enough! How many years until they are on their own?

Danielle is still into the twighlight... this we may never understand and she's still desperately addicted to You tube, dragons and BRADLEY!!!

Nicholas is catching up, he's spending more time on You Tube and less time on the PS3.... However he's currently into Sonic the Hedgehog. Let's see how long this lasts. I've never known him to stick with anything more than 6 months.

Eric is still the peacekeeper of the kids. He tries so hard to be the good one! But alas he is only 10 and trying to be as grown up as the other two. He's still secretly into Star wars action figures long as you don't ask him... HE will tell you he's too grown up for it. He has been taking guitar lessons and seems to love it!!!

Emily is taking Ballet and wanting to take Jazz instead. She is still the youngest and feels cheated out of the fun stuff for older kids. But she's learning to wait until she's 13 if you ask her that day will never come.

AS for Halli, she's still a handful. She's active and climbing into everything, tearing everything apart and still the absolute JOY of our lives!!! Such a charater she is. Its impossible to stay mad at that little bundle. One smile our hearts are melted. She has us wrapped around her little finger. That's forsure.

We hope that this holiday season finds everyone enjoying their many blessings and creating fabulous memories!

Valentines Day weekend

Happy 1st Valentines Day Halli,
Love Mommie and Da-da.

Our Valentines Weekend was full of play

and naps

and quality time with our oldest Monkeys and baby bug. We opened gifts from each other. My hubby got a nice massage package, love letters and RL pants that he'd been liken' since last year. And he of course got me the perfect gift. Did he really think I would recognize the signature blue boxes?

ha ha ha of course I knew what he had done the second I spied them. OOOHHHH I can't even begin to tell him how much I love my gift.

The next day I was still gushing over my gift and the kids were seemingly unimpressed and moved onto other ventures. Danielle went home to her mothers so she could see bolt. And Nicholas requested a sleep over with his cousins so they could PLAY all Night and all Monday morning. So we had guests (we love it when they can come and stay with us) Made a nice turkey dinner and had a late night. Good thing Monday was a holiday and there was no school. Its nights like this that make Auntie Chaney's house the best!!!!

Can you tell their siblings?

Caught in the action our two oldest monkeys.

They are much to old to have fun anymore... It would be embarrassing if anyone found them acting like kids....

And the monkey in the middle. Likes the attention and the fun of being a kid but tries so hard to follow the older too.

Ya, right....

Once in awhile...

Halli and Daddy get to spend quality time together.

Not that I have any pic's for viewing but the two of them got in a good ol' session of sesame street today (Dad let her watch it on the laptop instead of doing his busy work) They then sneaked (is that even a word?) A nap while everyone else was distracted for a few minutes.

(Thank you honey for entertaining Bug, I loved being able to take a bath without packing her around or rushing to entertain her need of attention, it was so relaxing)

Speaking of Bathing beauties here are a few pics of our little lady getting ready for bath time.

She also has started her cereal rice that is and oh boy she doesn't like it one bit. She has learned that if she sticks her tongue out I can't put the cereal in. To smart for her own britches.

Oh my she is cuter by the second this little one!
